Accuracy of +/- 2 degrees from 0.2mV to 20v (200v with external X10
probes) for the frequency range 20Hz to 1MHz, +/- 4 degrees above 1MHz
and +/- 10 degrees at 10MHz.
The HP 3575A phase/level meter can be used in the calibration
of power factor in power measurements it is also useful as a null meter
for AC ratio comparison.
